Condiciones específicas
- Creative, artistic and technical participation must be proportional to the financial participation of each co-producer, exceptions must approved by joint approval of the competent authorities of the co-producing countries.
- Location shooting, interior and exterior, post-production and lab work shall be done in one of the co-producing countries.
- All participants in the coproduction shall be nationals or residents of one of the co-producing country.
- Participation of a third-party country performers may exceptionally be permitted if the film so requires, subject to prior approval of the competent authorities of the co-producing countries.
- Location exterior shooting in a non-coproducing country, if the film so requires, as well as participation of third-party technicians in this shooting may exceptionally be permitted, subject to prior joint approval of the competent authorities of the co-producing countries.
- Dubbing in other languages than Italian or Spanish, may exceptionally be carried in a non-coproducing country, participation of this country's technicians may exceptionally be permitted, subject to prior joint approval of the competent authorities of the co-producing countries.
- Twinning productions may be accepted as co-productions. In this case, the minority participation may be limited to a financial contribution alone.
