Condiciones específicas
- Creative, artistic and technical participation must be proportional, in principle, to the financial participation of each coproducer.
- All participants in the coproduction must be nationals or permanent residents of Austria or nationals or residents of France. People who are not nationals or residents permitted to work in France or Austria shall only be permitted subject to the artistic requirements of the film and in compliance with the international commitments of both states.
- Studio shooting shall be carried out into studios located in France or Austria.
- Insofar as technical conditions permit, the process of making copies and adding the soundtrack shall be carried out within the territory of the contracting parties.
- Coproductions must have received approval from the competent authorities of the two contracting parties before the start of shooting.
