Condiciones específicas
- Production companies must have a sound technical and financial set-up and professional experience recognized by the competent authority
- Directors, technicians and performers shall be nationals of either France or Morocco or have resident status in France
- Coproduced films shall be exported by the majority co-producer or by the co-producer having the same nationality as the director, unless specifically agreed between the co-producers
- Co-produced films shall be shown at international festivals by the country providing the majority co-producer or, where contributions are made on an equal basis, the country of which the director is national, unless otherwise agreed between the parties
- A case-by-case basis to the co-production of films between France, Morocco and countries with which either of them is bound by film co-production agreements shall be favoured by the competent authorities of the two countries
