- Production companies must have a financial set-up and professional experience recognized by the competent authorities
- The artictic team (authors, director(s), editor, artistic director, set decorator, main cast) must be Argentinian or German national
- Director(s), must be Argentinean or German nationals.
- Each producer participation must include one person of the creative team and at least one actor and one second role and one key technician / One main actor can replace one technician
- Creative, artistic and technical participation must be proportional to the financial participation of each coproduce
- Shooting and postproduction shall preferably take place in the majority coproduction country Postproduction has to be done in the majority coproducer country
