- Co-productions films shall be made, processed, dubbed, or subtitled in the territory of the contracting parties except for specific requirements.
- The producers, authors, scriptwriters, performers, directors, professionals, and technicians must be citizens or permanent residents of one of the two parties, except for specific requirements.
- Creative, artistic, and technical participation must be proportional to the financial participation of each co-producer. In the event that one of the two parties is composed of several production companies, the financial contribution of each company shall not be less than 5% of the total budget of the co-production film.
