Condiciones específicas

• Production companies must have a sound technical and financial set-up and professional experience recognized by the national administrative authority
• Directors, technicians and performers shall be nationals or residents of either France or Guinea or nationals of another French-speaking African State
• Co-produced films shall be shown at festivals and competitions by the country providing the majority co-producer unless otherwise agreed by the coproducers and approved by the competent authorities of both countries
• Co-production of films between France and Guinea and other French-speaking African States as well as any other States with which either State is bound by film co-production agreements is favoured by the competent authorities of the two countries
