Conditions particulières

• Artistic and technical staff involved in the film must be nationals or resident for at least five years of either France or Israel, or nationals of one of the Member States of the EU or a European Economic Area State. The participation of artistic or technical staff who is not a national of one of those states may be permitted, on account of the requirements of the film.
• The technical and artistic contribution of each co-producer shall be made in the same proportion as his/her financial investment and must maintain a general balance.
• In order to be entitled to benefit from the provisions of the agreement, the producers of each of the two parties shall apply prior to the commencement of shooting.
