Conditions particulières

• The minority coproducer’s contribution shall involve an effective technical and/or artistic participation.
• Films shall be made by directors, technicians and performers that are either nationals of France or resident in France, or nationals of Burkina-Faso or another French-speaking African state. Nationals of other countries may be accepted, on account of the requirements of the film.
• The competent authorities of the two countries shall give favourable consideration to the coproduction of films between France, Burkina-Faso and other French-speaking African states as well as any other countries with which either state is bound by film coproduction agreements.
