Conditions particulières

• Production companies must have a sound technical and financial set-up and professional experience recognized by the competent authority
• Financial, intellectual, artistic and technical participation of each coproducer must respect a general balance. . Third countries participation shall be accepted by the two contracting parties if they are bound in Morocco and Senegal by coproduction agreements.
• Artistic and technical staff involved in the film must be nationals or residents of either Morocco or Senegal . The intellectual, technical and artistic contribution shall be in proportion to the co-producer's investment . The country's participation in minority financial contribution in all cases shall include the participation of not less than one author, two technicians, 2 performers in a leading role or one performer in a leading role and one in a supporting role. In exceptional circumstances, performers from a third country may be approved by the competent authorities of both countries if the script requires it
