Conditions particulières
- Creative, artistic and technical participation must be proportional to the financial participation of each co-producer (at least 1 creative element, 1 lead actor and 1 supporting actor and 1 qualified technician; a leading performer shall be counterbalanced by no less than 2 qualified technicians). Any exception is subject to prior approval by the competent authorities of both countries.
- Directors, as well as artistic and technical personnel shall be Italian, Albanian or member state nationals. Any exception is subject to prior approval by the competent authorities of both countries.
- Location shooting shall preferably be done in the coproducing countries. Location shooting in a third-party country, if required by the script or action, may exceptionally be permitted, subject to approval of the competent authorities.
- Lab work and postproduction shall preferably be done in the major coproducing country.
- For films of particular technical quality and spectacular artistic value for which the production budget is no less than ITL 1 200 000 000 (about 620 000 €), a financial contribution alone of 20% may exceptionally be permitted.
- If the production budget of such films = or > ITL 2 400 000 000 (about 1,24 M€), a financial contribution alone of no less than 10% may exceptionally be permitted.
- A financial contribution alone higher than 20% to such films may exceptionally be permitted, subject to prior approval of the competent authorities of both countries.
