Conditions particulières

• The first market must be theatrical for both countries
• Production companies must have a sound technical and financial set-up and professional experience recognized by the competent authority
• Directors, technicians and artists shall be nationals or residents of Spain or Mexico or nationals of UE ; artists and technicians who are not nationals of Spain nor Mexico may be permitted, if required by the film, subject to the joint agreement of the authorities of both countries
• Studio shooting shall preferably take place in studios located within majority coproduction country
• Co-produced films shall be shown at festivals by the country providing the majority co-producer or in case of equal participation, by the country whose director is national
