Conditions particulières

• Participants of the film (screenplay, creative process, production) must be citizens of one of the two parties unless agreed otherwise by the parties.
• 7 out of 8 “key positions” to be filled by a national of one of the two parties, set out by type of work.
• The production shall be carried out within the territory of the contracting parties except in cases of co-production agreement with a third-party country or for specific requirements.
• The parties, upon mutual written consent, allow the provision of technical services in the territory of one or more third or non-parties, provided that producers demonstrate that such services are not available in the territory of either Party and that the value of such services does not exceed twenty-five (25) percent of the total production budget for the work.
