Conditions particulières

• The financial contribution, and the performing, technical, craft and creative participation of each co-producer shall be in reasonable proportion to their respective financial contributions.
• The Competent Authorities may, in exceptional cases approve co-production projects where finance-only contribution is no greater than 50% of the total costs of the film;
• All participants shall be nationals or legal residents of Irish, nationals of a member state of the EU or of the European Economic Area ; nationals or permanent residents of South Africa. If required by the film, professionals not citizens of one of the coproducing countries may be permitted, in exceptional circumstances, and subject to agreement between the competent authorities.
