Conditions particulières

• Participants must be nationals or residents of Mexico or Venezuela, unless for specific requirements.
• Each production must have at least one assistant director, one technician, one screenwriter, one main actor, and one secondary actor from the country with the majority financial participation.
• The minority participation can not be inferior to 30% of the total cost of the film.
• film shots on location or in natural settings in a country not participating in the co-production may be authorized.
