Conditions particulières

• Producers, authors, scriptwriters, performers, directors, professionals and technicians participating in co-productions should be citizens of Morocco or Mali, unless specific exemptions.
Location filming should be carried out in Mali or Morocco. location filming may be carried outside of both countries if the script requires it and if Malian and Moroccan technicians are involved in this work.
