Conditions particulières
- joint productions with the exclusive financial participation of one or more joint producers may be recognized as joint productions under this Agreement if the financial participation of these co-producers is not less than 10% and not more than 20% of the production costs.
- All participants in the film shall be nationals of either France or the Netherlands or UE or European Economic Area or permanent residents of France, the Netherlands, UE or EEA, except in the case of particular requirements of the film.
- Studio and outdoor filming shall take place in the Federal Republic of Germany, in the Kingdom of the Netherlands or in another Member State of the European Union or in another state party to the EEA Agreement, except for specific requirements.
- Two final versions of each co-produced film shall be produced, one German and one Dutch. Dialogue passages in other languages may be included if the screenplay requires it.
