Conditions particulières

• Production companies must have a sound technical and financial set-up and professional experience recognized by the competent authority of one of the two parties
• Directors, technicians and performers shall be either nationals of a European Economic Area State or residents within the meaning of Article 14 of the Order of 2 November 1945 ; performers and technicians who are not nationals of one of the previous States are allowed, if required by the film without exceeding the number of their counterparts who are either nationals of Ivory Coast or France
• Co-produced films shall be shown at festivals and competitions by the country providing the majority co-producer unless otherwise agreed by the coproducers and approved by the competent authorities of both countries
• Co-production of films between France and Ivory Coast and other French-speaking African States as well as any other States with which either State is bound by film co-production agreements is favoured by the competent authorities of the two countries
