Conditions particulières
- Creative, artistic and technical participation must be proportional to the financial participation of each coproducer.
- The financial contribution of each company from the same country shall not be less than 5% of the total budget of the co-production Film
- None of the co-producers shall be linked by common management, ownership or control, except if such links are inherent in the making of the co-production film itself .
- The competent authorities may approve location shooting in a third-party country, if the script or action so requires.
- Co-production Films produced on the basis of equal contrihutions shall he entered as Co-production Films of the country of which the director is a national.
