FESTIVALS: The 8th International Short Film Festival of Cyprus Announces National Competition

    LIMASSOL: The National Competition programme of the 8th International Short Film Festival of Cyprus showcases 19 films, which are automatically included in the international competition. The festival runs from 13 to 19 October 2018.

    More than 40 short films were submitted to the national competition programme this year, a number which is overwhelming compared to previous editions.

    The festival also has an international, student, documentary and music video competitions, and the programme also includes thematic screenings, parties and networking events hosted by the Rialto Theatre and other locations in the city of Limassol.

    The festival is organised by the Cultural Services of the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Rialto Theatre.
