SUISSIMAGE collectively manages some rights to the films and audiovisual works. She represents authors, such as writers and directors, as well as rights holders, such as film producers. We have the legal mandate to ensure that rightholders receive fair compensation for the use of their works. SUISSIMAGE negotiates with organizations representing users of tariffs that set the conditions and prices. On this basis, we license our customers perceive and fees payable in return. In this sense, we are a bridge between users and copyright owners of films.
