Conditions particulières

• Production companies must have a sound technical and financial set-up and professional experience recognized by the competent authorities
• Artistic and technical contribution must be proportional to coproduction investments
• Directors, technicians and artists must be nationals of either Cape Verde or Portugal ; other artists than those previously referred to may be allowed,if required by the production and prior agreement between the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties . Studio shooting shall preferably take place in studios located within majority coproduction country, may also take place in each of the coproducers countries . The laboratory work will be carried out, in principle, in the country of majority coproducer
