Conditions particulières
- The director shall be national of either Italy or Romania.
- Creative, artistic and technical participation must be proportional to the financial participation of each co-producer (at least 1 creative personnel, 1 technician, 1 lead actor and 1 supporting actor).
- Participation of third-party country performers may exceptionally be permitted, if the nature of film so requires, subject to prior agreement between the competent authorities of the two countries.
- Location shooting in a third-party country may be permitted, if the script or setting so requires.Third-country producers may join the co-production, if their country is linked both to Italia and Romania by a films co-production agreement. Effective artistic and technical contribution is required.
