Conditions particulières
- Co-production films shall be made, processed, dubbed, subtitled in the countries of both parties, except for specific requirements.
- All participants in the film must be citizens or nationals of either the State of Israel, Italy, members of the EU, or EEA, except for specific requirements or multilateral co-productions.
- In the event that a third party producer is authorized to participate in the co-production, its financial participation shall not be less than 10%.
