Conditions particulières
- The first market must be theatrical for both countries
- Individuals participating in the production of a film must be nationals or permanent residents of either France or South Africa or nationals of UE or European Economic Area
- Technical and artistic contribution of the co-producer of each Party shall be made in the same proportion as its financial investment.
- Shooting must take place in studios located within the territory of one of the Parties or in a country other than France or South Africa if the script or action of the film so requires
