Conditions particulières

• Participants in the production will to be Israeli or German nationals or residents or to belong to the cultural sphere of the contracting parties
• Film must always be made in the Federal Republic of Germany or in Israel.
• Exceptionally, and with the approval of the competent authorities of the Contracting Parties, studios in the third-party countries may be used only if at least 30% of the shooting is required there by the script and the greater part of the film is shot on location.
