- Effective artistic and technical contribution must be proportional to coproduction investments
- Artistic and technical personnel shall be Italian or Swiss nationals/residents or member state nationals.
- Participation of third-party country artistic and technical personnel, if the coproduction so requires, may be exceptionally permitted, subject to the approval of the competent authorities of both countries.
- Location shooting in a third-party country may be permitted if the script or action so requires.
- Third country producers may join the co-production, if their country is bound either to Italy or Switzerland by a films co-production agreement.
- Digital internegative and master shall be recorded.
